We manufacturer Pulse-Jet and plenum pulse filter bags from Hi-Tech and sophisticated Non-woven needled felt of high density and strength. We manufacturer our filter bags on unique high speed three needle sewing machines which maintains seem integrity in its own modern work shop which is well equipped with all modern cutting, sewing, welding and measuring equipment.
For dust collectors having fiberglass filter bags, quality of fabric and fabrication is prime requirement. Service life and performance of filter bag are directly related to it. We have necessary experience and equipment to provide these filter bags.
For reverse type of dust collectors we manufacture wide range of filter bags. These filter bags are manufactured from various grade and style of synthetic woven fabrics (both spun and filament) and efficient non woven felt media
Dust filter bags with anti collapse ring and of special surface finish or media are also available.
This bag is fabricated with different style of top attachment like loop, hanger or thimble & cap mounting for shaker collector system. Bottom attachment like snap-ring, corded, cuff or reinforced cuffs for extra protection are provided.
